Simply request a cancel online from My Account. All you need to do is:
Log in to My Account
Go to My Orders
Find your order and select the item(s) that you wish to Cancel
Follow the cancel instructions, select Cancel option and you’re done!
Please contact me within 24 hours, if you want to cancel the order. I do not carry stock, all items are made to order.so after 24 hours you can cancel the orders than we can DEDUCT 20% of order value
For all the products in my shop are returnable within 14 days of delivery of the item. After that, you are not able to return it. Broken or tempered items are not eligible to return policy.
